Standard orders: May be cancelled free of charge before payment has been made. Once payment has reflected and preparation has begun, cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Custom Scape Builds: Consultations may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice. Once a build has commenced, it cannot be cancelled, as materials and labour have already been committed.
