Shipping policy

Collection only by default. All orders are fulfilled via local pickup in Kempton Park, Gauteng. Once your EFT payment reflects in our account (usually same-day for FNB, 1-2 business days for other banks), we'll email you the exact pickup address and confirm a collection time.

Orders are usually ready for collection within 24 hours of payment confirming.

Delivery available on request. If you'd prefer not to collect in person, delivery can be arranged via third-party services such as Uber or The Courier Guy. This can be organised either by you directly (you book and pay the courier/driver yourself, we simply hand over your order at the agreed time), or by us on your behalf for a small arrangement fee — just let us know your preference via WhatsApp or email when placing your order.

Please note: once your order has been handed to a third-party courier or driver, The Scape Garage is not responsible for damage, loss, or delays that occur during transport — this is between you and the delivery provider.
